Open research protocols will be selected for monitoring according to a stratification of potential risk developed by the Committee. (Click here to see the Stratification of Risk Potential to Human Subjects) Any concerns expressed to the Human Research Protection Office or the University Compliance Office may also be referred to the HSR QA/QI Committee for review.
